Mortgage Rates: Low Mortgage Rates Holding On Tight, Could Be at Risk
Posted on October 14th, 2011
Low mortgage rates are holding on tight, but could be at risk of rising after reports that were released today gave stocks a boost. Positive economic data was followed by a negative consumer sentiment report which is keeping stocks from increasing too much.
The lowest mortgage rates have been at risk of rising over the past week, but in the end, have been able to remain intact. Current 30 year fixed mortgage interest rates are at 3.875%, 15 year fixed mortgage interest rates are at 3.250% and 5/1 ARM loan rates are at 2.625%. More consumers have reduced their overall debt and cleaned up their credit in recent months just in time to access these low mortgage rates.

Purple Friday October 14, 2011
Posted on October 13th, 2011
It’s Purple Friday here in Baltimore, and I am ready after a relaxing BYE week.
Hopefully the Baltimore Ravens’ offense used their time off well and were able to strengthen their struggling offense.
This week I wore my Ravens gear and even got my nails painted purple .
The Ravens vs Texans game is at 4:05pm on Sunday, so get out & enjoy the beautiful weather we are supposed to have beforehand. Then hunker down and cheer our Baltimore Ravens to victory!
Happy Purple Friday!
GO RAVENS!

Existing Home Sales Jump; Home Supplies Falling
Posted on September 27th, 2011

Are home resales rebounding?
According to the National Association of REALTORS®, Existing Home Sales rose 8 percent in August from the month prior, and 19 percent as compared to August of last year.
