Urban Trust Bank has several branches in Florida. They offer mortgage loans and have 2 loan production offices. One in Jacksonville and one in Sarasota.
According to Office of Thrift Supervision data, Urban Trust Bank originated $431.4 million in mortgage loans in 2009.
They are exempt from licensing because they are a bank.
The Urban Trust Bank Mortgage website is sometimes a little slow when navigating from page to page. I didnt see an online application but there was a link to log into your account if you already have a mortgage with them. They say if you want to get started contact a loan officer in your area and they have them listed by city.
