Rockford Bank Trust has two locations in Illinois. They provide mortgage lending on all types of loans as well as banking and financial services.
According to Federal Reserve System data, Rockford Bank Trust originated almost $43.5 million in mortgage loans in 2009.
They are exempt from mortgage licensing because they are a bank.
The Rockford Bank Trust website is very clean and modern. I like it because the white background and colors make it easy to read. It doesnt look like they have an online application but instead want potential clients to call their office.
