GMS Funding Mortgage Review

GMS Funding is a mortgage lender located in Columbia, South Carolina. They provide mortgages for home buying, first time or otherwise, and refinancing.
According to Department of Housing and Urban Development data, GMS Funding originated almost $266 million in mortgage loans in 2009.
They are licensed in:
Alabama, Maryland, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
The GMS Funding website is a template I see often used by mortgage companies. There is this picture of a guy but no name or title. He is just there on every page. I would assume that is the owner or president but not sure. Then, when I clicked on the staff directory there was none listed.
